We offer one of the most flexible cancellation windows in the industry to give our clients complete peace of mind.
Free Cancellation — Up to 5 Hours Before Pickup
You may cancel your reservation for any reason up to 5 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. A 100% full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Late Cancellation — Less Than 5 Hours Before Pickup
Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged to cover vehicle dispatch and driver allocation costs.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger is not present at the pickup location and cannot be reached within the complimentary waiting period, the booking will be marked as a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided.
We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. We offer a generous complimentary waiting window for all transfers.

Complimentary for all airport pickups (from actual flight landing) and point-to-point transfers.
Extra Wait Increment
30 min
Additional waiting is billed per 30-minute increment upon agreement with the driver.
