Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide premium, punctual, and reliable transfer services. This policy applies to all bookings to ensure vehicle availability for every guest.

Free

Free Cancellation — Up to 5 Hours Before Pickup

You may cancel your reservation for any reason up to 5 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. A 100% full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable

Late Cancellation — Less Than 5 Hours Before Pickup

Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged to cover vehicle dispatch and driver allocation costs.

No-Show

No-Show Policy

If the passenger is not present at the pickup location and cannot be reached within the complimentary waiting period, the booking will be marked as a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided.

We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. We offer a generous complimentary waiting window for all transfers.

Free Waiting Time

60 min

Complimentary for all airport pickups (from actual flight landing) and point-to-point transfers.

Extra Wait Increment

30 min

Additional waiting is billed per 30-minute increment upon agreement with the driver.

Customer Responsibility: If you anticipate a delay exceeding 1 hour (due to customs, baggage, or personal delays), you must inform Viptransfy or your driver immediately via our hotline or WhatsApp.
Variable Rates: Additional waiting fees vary by region (city centre vs. suburban), vehicle type (VIP Vito, Sprinter, Luxury Sedan), and the specific transfer route.
Driver Obligation: Drivers are not obligated to wait beyond the first complimentary hour unless an extra cost is agreed upon and schedule availability permits.

Free Changes (5+ hours before trip): Changes to pickup times or locations are free of charge if requested at least 5 hours before the trip, subject to vehicle availability.
Last-Minute Changes (under 5 hours): May be treated as a new booking or subject to a Change Fee, depending on the vehicle's current location and availability.

Our Full-Service Guarantee In the rare event that Viptransfy is unable to provide the booked service due to an internal technical failure or vehicle breakdown, we will take full responsibility.
Alternative Vehicle: We will first attempt to provide a vehicle of equal or higher category at no extra cost.
Full Refund Guarantee: If no alternative can be arranged, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately — regardless of the time remaining until the trip.
